In the wake of trade globalisation, the (national and international) Commercial, Corporate and Tax Law is becoming more and more important and complex. At BLANKE MEIER EVERS, experienced specialists deal solely with our clients’ support in all matters of Commercial and Corporate Law.
Our services start with the establishment of limited liability companies and partnerships, extend over the appointment and removal of managing directors and chairpersons, drafting and amending of articles of association, execution of commutations and mergers of companies, preparation and holding of shareholders’ meetings and stockholders’ meetings on to company’s succession.
Another important part of our tasks is the international acquisition of companies, where we closely work together with international colleagues. For international transactions we provide our clients with the support of lawyers familiar with either the language of the respective country or with English.
